On the nose: subtle "cereal"-like varietal notes, a hint of wood. On the palate, smooth, delicate, with an intense tactile minerality. The acidity and the soft base are seamlessly intertwined. Wonderful with food, immensely delicate.
More about the tastingOn the nose, nuances of blood orange, salty popcorn and very well (discreetly) integrated wood. White chocolate. On the palate, the wine is concentrated, full-bodied with suitably fresh acidity. A firm, tactile, mineral and salty character lends energy and finesse to the finish.
