The white wine »Collection« Sauvignon blanc et Gris trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Schloss Ortenberg has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Baden in Germany.
At first contact, the aroma is still closed, slightly yeasty and savoury, with hints of elderflower, red gooseberry and nectarine. On the palate, the wine shows a fine extract sweetness with measured alcohol, is supported by a firm but ripe acidity, finishes compactly and promises a complex development.
