The variety is easily recognisable with rose aromas, but the yeastiness of sparkling wine is also there. There is also a hint of peach. Overall, a restrained aroma. In the mouth, the wine has freshness and tension, lively acidity and a fine mousse. Stylistically à point, with a rather restrained flavour.
