Tasting Notes
Linden blossom, vanilla and caramel on the nose, but also some cress and meadow herbs too. The mousse has dynamism, but is also finely bubbly and almost nestles on the palate. The wine has a lively acid backbone, salty undertones and a pointedly fresh finish that is not overly sweet.
