Tasting Notes
Lots of smoke and flint on the nose, with aeration, fresh herbs, lemon balm, mountain mint, white grapefruit, candied lemon peel, candied pineapple. Fresh and animated on the palate, slender, lots of citrus fruit, subtle notes of stone fruit, mineral undertones, a thirst-quenching wine on hot summer days.
