Fine savouriness, elderberry, medlar, vineyard peach, a hint of botrytis, but also smoky notes, black pepper. Beautiful playfulness on the palate, firm acidity, playful sweetness, full and well-balanced, a little viscosity, intense savouriness on the finish.
