The natural wine »Pur« Weißer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Schneider-Pfefferle has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Amber coloured, twelve months on the skins, since then in used barriques. Dried apricot, wormwood, smoke, slightly ethereal on the nose. Initially juicy and full-bodied on the palate with cultivated, ripe phenolics, develops tension and complexity. Deserves its name.
