Herbal savoury nose from the spontaneous fermentation, with ripe yellow fruit, dried fruit, apricot and peach, but also some caraway. Concentrated on the palate, ripe yellow fruit, good substance and a fine spicy note, the ripe and delicate acidity engages the palate. It is a very well proportioned wine.
