Lush bouquet, candied yellow fruit, apricot, peach, barmbrack, subtle herbs and candied ginger. Sweet mango on the palate, smooth and viscous in the generous underlay, good fruit and concentration, the ripe acidity and a pronounced minerality provide verve and finesse.
