Rich golden with greenish undertones. Beeswax and banana, candied fruit, dried apricot, some oyster shell, kombu algae, menthol, very spicy, marjoram, dried apricot. Very soft attack in the mouth, medium extract density, intensely viscous, comparatively ripe acidity, rich sweetness, round and melting, very distinctive spice, pine needle. Like a nectar. Empty glass smells like dashi!
