The white wine »Pur« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Seyberth has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Ain intense lemon yellow colour. Yeast and honey, blood orange and stewed peaches. The palate has a beautiful fullness, fine phenolics and a lively acidity with a rich, slightly viscous base. Good length, with mineral notes.
