The white wine »Soo-frei« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Seyberth has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
A cloudy golden yellow in colour. Pear cordial and honey on the nose, dried apple ring. No banal oxidation. Two motifs keep the palate fresh and full of tension: a strong tannin and a full dose of fermentation carbon dioxide. The wine lingers on the palate for a very long time, and in a very intense way.
