Tasting from 30.06.2025: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby garnet, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Black forest berry confit, a hint of rosehip, a hint of candied purples, wood savouriness and fine noguat. Complex, multi-layered, delicate hints of blackberries, subtle chocolate nuances, velvety, firm tannins, long-lasting, fruity-sweet finish, multi-faceted food companion with plenty of ageing potential.

An inviting bouquet, with notes of wild berry confit, dried fruit, nuances of black fruit, dark chocolate and candied violets.
