Tasting Notes
The nose reveals very ripe cherry fruit enriched with balsamic components, accompanied by notes of pepper and roasted pine nuts. The palate structure is dense with grainy, fleshy tannins, but still juicy and fresh thanks to the ripe acidity supporting the long-lasting fruit. Rich in content with very good ageing potential.
More about the tastingSmoky, roasted aroma, yeast, herbs, then sour cherry and dark berries. On the palate, the wine has muscle, but is not massive, the tannins are not astringent, the fruit is sophisticated, the acidity provides support without being isolated.
