Initially it has a very fine slightly exotic bouquet. This is followed by a note of saltiness, as well as aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest and passion fruit. There is a wonderful acidity on the palate, and the unmistakable minerality of the terroir, and it has good ageing potential.
