There is a hint of nougat, as well as clove and vanilla, fresh black cherry fruit, subtle hints of plum, and underlaid with fine oaky nuances. It is juicy, with fresh cherry, well-integrated tannins, a lively structure, lovely fruit, and a hint of chocolate on the finish. It is already well developed, and it has ageing potential.
