Subtle oak, smoky notes, as well as balsamic savouriness, menthol, toasted pine nut, candied sweet cherry, cherry pit and marzipan. On the palate, a wine with a creamy attack and grainy tannins. The ripe acidity is well-integrated and supports the powerful structure. On the finish the wine still shows its compact, youthful side, with a clear chalky and mineral character and very good length.
