The white wine Scheurebe feinherb, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Theo Minges has been rated in 2016 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Scheurebe from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Still closed on the nose, with hints of honey, citrus and cassis, a fine and discreet aroma. On the palate it is fresh with carbonic acidity, medium-bodied, elegant and complex despite the relatively clear sweetness, and should develop very favorably with a little bottle ageing.
