The white wine »Gemischter Satz« Bahlingen Urkäsenthal trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Trautwein has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Alter Fränkischer Satz from the region Baden in Germany.
Eight grape varieties make up the Gemischter Satz from the Bahlinger Urkäsenthal, yellow-fruits on the nose, with apricot and pear. The powerful construction on the palate is filled with lots of fruit and spice, confident acidity, phenolic grip and minerality. Uniquely special.
