The white wine »Edition Fohberg« Grauburgunder trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Trautwein has been rated in 2017 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
On the one hand, the aroma has pointed reduction notes and, on the other hand, quite ripe yellow fruit of quince and pear mousse. Piquant taste, has some density, but does not appear fat. Mineral substance rests on a fine melting texture.
