Aromas of herbal and woody savouriness, dried thyme stalk and rosemary, bay leaf, undergrowth, milk chocolate, raspberry and fresh rosehip. The palate shows tension, fine nerve and juiciness, dense red fruit. The altitude is noticeable, which characterizes the delicate, accentuated acidity. The volcanic minerality sets the final accent.
