The rosé »Winaia Rosé« trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Wiedemann has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 - 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Baden in Germany.
Very delicate, pastel pink in colour. Aromatic notes of apple peel tea and blueberry can be found on the clearly scented nose. On the palate, the wine has a robust character, firmly phenolic with lively acidity and a pinch of residual sugar giving the fruit volume. On the finish, some tactile-mineral notes are evident.
