Pastel colours. On the nose, there are balsamic notes, red berry and gooseberry fruit, peppery undertones and subtle herbal and savoury hints. On the palate, the wine combines suppleness with substance, the acidity is vivid but ripe and leads to a concentrated palate fruit. This is a full-bodied rosé with plenty of power and savouriness, a good accompaniment to food.
