Lemon yellow colour, exuberant nose with floral notes such as green stems and crushed leaves, then ground elder, powerful. Finely fragrant on the palate, delicate hints of white flowers, also lime and lemon balm. Nice juicy finish, slightly salty and elegantly astringent.
