Tasting Notes
Sloe, raspberry spirit, already very open on the nose. Soft start, full-bodied and broad and thus buffering the soft green tones of the tannins, quite well endowed in the tannin, medium-grained in medium-high quantity, the acidity gains momentum on the palate, ripe final fruit with the resumption of the "wild", open components of the fragrance.
