Spicy aroma, caraway, baked apple, nectarine, some wood. A "warm" aroma due to the very ripe vintage, liquorice. The supple palate is full, but also textured with silky phenolics, mild acidity, yet not out of balance. Lots of substance, also mineral extract, exciting wine with further ageing potential.
