Lemon yellow. In the aroma it is buttery with brioche, vanilla, white flowers. On the palate it shows with powerful but not coarse mousse, bright fruit, fine acidity, ripe apple, quite punchy and full, very fine touch of sweetness, a substantial aperitif or good food companion.
