Honey yellow in the glass. Reductive nose. Fine, powerful mousse. Slightly animalistic flavour, but pleasant, with good acidity and a touch of brown bread, distinct sweetness, ripe apple in the aftertaste. Can accompany a complete menu.

Light golden. Some pear on the nose. Ripe yellow fruit, citrus-terpenic and nutty undertones. Full and soft on the palate, ample fruit, creamy and mild mousse, a cultivated acidity refreshes the rather round structure.
