The white wine NV »la grande« brut nature from the winery Boessneck Wein has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Franconia in Germany.
On the nose, ripe fruit notes, pear, apricot, quince and sweet bread aromas, with smoky and nutty nuances, a hint of marzipan. Intense on the palate, a soft base, with fresh acidity, a supple fullness, a cultivated mousse, a subtle tartness and a long finish. A good option with food.
