The sekt NV »resolut« brut from the winery Boessneck Wein has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Franconia in Germany.
Honey yellow in the glass. Reductive nose. Fine, powerful mousse. Slightly animalistic flavour, but pleasant, with good acidity and a touch of brown bread, distinct sweetness, ripe apple in the aftertaste. Can accompany a complete menu.
More about the tastingLight golden. Some pear on the nose. Ripe yellow fruit, citrus-terpenic and nutty undertones. Full and soft on the palate, ample fruit, creamy and mild mousse, a cultivated acidity refreshes the rather round structure.
