Tasting Notes
Deep yellow appearance with scents of ripe yellow apple, wild raspberry, aniseed biscuits, brioche and a dash of saffron with a somewhat malty, slight oxidative note. Full-bodied and complex on the palate, distinctly dry and also demanding with fine spiciness and subtle fruit nuances depicting individual uniqueness. Long finish!
