Calm and with a cool elegance on the nose. One senses that air in the glass (or time in the bottle) will be an asset. It starts with yellow apple, caraway, a little smoke, becoming increasingly complex. The palate is full-bodied, with soft acidity, subtle sweetness and good extract. An individual interpretation of Riesling.
