Refined nose, apple peel, ripe juicy yellow apples, pears, quince, floral notes, cornflowers, dahlias and cosmos flowers, rose petals, cinnamon stick, freshly grated nutmeg, subtle notes of blossom honey. Citrus fruit on the palate, pomelo, grapefruit, crisp, a subtle sweetness, a juicy texture, a delicate acidity with tension, salty, a very elegant Sauvignon Blanc.
