Tasting Notes
Medium yellow gold. Fine honey on the nose, fresh grapefruit notes, yellow peach, smoky spice, delicate hints of dried plums. Juicy on the palate, powerful texture, ripe yellow stone fruit, fresh acid structure, salty and persistent, very lively and energetic for a wine from a 100% botrytis vintage, very good development potential.
