Tasting Notes
(For a long time the most important wine of the Kracher house in terms of quantities produced). Medium yellow gold with clear brass reflections. Delicate vegetal botrytis notes on the nose, grapefruit zest, fresh apple, fine yeast nuances. Fresh on the palate, rather atypically high acidity structure, reminiscent of wines from the Palatinate, lively and vital, very crisp, citrus fruit on the finish, embedded in a pleasant sweetness. Mineral finish, yellow fruit in the aftertaste, very racy, offers a lot of drinking pleasure.
