Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow with silver reflections. Delicate hints of candied grapefruit, a bit of ginger, white tropical fruit underpinned with fine herbal savouriness and hints of honey blossom. Full-bodied, highly elegant texture, yellow peach, a bit of pineapple, round acidity, a hint of white pepper, already seems very balanced, a finesse rich drinking dessert, can already be enjoyed.
