The sweet and dessert wine TBA No. 6 Traminer Nouvelle Vague, vintage 2018 from the winery Weinlaubenhof Kracher has been rated in 2021 by Peter Moser with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Traminer from the region Burgenland in Austria.
Medium yellow gold, silver reflections. Bouquet still restrained, but with delicately smoky noble wood, hints of blood orange, caramel, roasted pineapple and discreet blossom honey. Juicy and elegant, subtle rose, ripe yellow peach, well integrated fruit sweetness and a mineral-salty finish rather dominated by the wood. Still underdeveloped, but should be drinking well from 2025.
