Tasting Notes
Strong yellow gold colour. Hints of dried fruit with fine herbal spice, dried plums, fully ripe yellow peach fruit, honey, still a little shy on the nose. Juicy yellow tropical fruit, well-integrated sweetness, lively acidity, delicate and well-balanced, surprisingly fresh and vital, pleasant hints of citrus fruit on the finish, good persistency, mineral aftertaste, good ageing potential.
