The red wine Mönch Berthold Großer Stern trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weinmanufaktur Stuttgart has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Lemberger, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Cubin from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Some leather and dark berries on the nose, with some wood, black pepper, and chocolatey Tobler-o-rum notes. The palate has loads of very fine, supple tannins, and pronounced but also very balanced acidity, also quite homogeneous on the palate, with s fine mineral base. A very finely constructed wine with noblesse in all components.
