The red wine »Cuvée Concilium ***« trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weinmanufaktur Stuttgart has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Cubin from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Quite complex on the nose: dark chocolate, pencil, elderberry, almond cookies. Increasingly fruity with air contact: blackberry and blackcurrant. A mellow, ripe tannin unfolds in the mouth with a juicy base. Ripe acidity refreshes the powerful but not exuberant structure. A good accompaniment to food!
