Bright, intense ruby red. A very pronounced and intense nose, hearty, opening with delicate spicy notes, followed by ripe currants, with a hint of orange peel in the background. Juicy and crisp on the palate from start to finish, it builds beautifully, with firm, tightly woven tannins that create a lovely arc.
