Bright, intense ruby. Intense, exciting nose, opens with fine spicy notes of cardamom and cloves, followed by cassis and blackberry, also a hint of red bell pepper. Present, fine-meshed tannins, builds beautifully, lots of clear and present fruit, with a tobacco aftertaste.
