Tasting Notes
This has an intense herbal savouriness on the nose, as well as a herbal bitterness, yeast, and buttery notes. It is juicy on the palate, with a good but not overly bubbly mousse, a subtle ripe acidity, a round and comparatively restrained sweetness, and a nutty flavour on the finish.
