Tasting Notes
It has a light amber in colour. On the nose there is an aroma of pear slice, as well as of Grafschafter Goldsaft. On the palate the relatively well-fermented character is vivid, along with strong alcohol, a hint of oak, and it is quite concentrated, with a mild acidity. It is somewhat drying on the finish.
