The blanc de noirs Königschaffhausen Steingrüble Blanc de Noirs Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Winzergenossenschaft Königschaffhausen-Kiechlinsbergen eG has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 - 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
On the nose it is slightly yeasty and terroir-spicy, as well as peppery. The Pinot berry aroma can be detected, but the wine is still quite closed. A display of sweetness and acidity unfolds on the palate, giving the wine freshness and a certain lightness despite the alcohol.
