Delicate aromas of buttercream, fresh herbs, green pear, lime zest with a vanilla touch. Pointed, juicy acidity with plenty of fruit, full-bodied and substantial on the palate thanks to the additional use of wood. A tactile mineral finish with plenty of substance and drinking pleasure. Still needs time to develop, certain ageing potential.
