The aroma quickly produces the image of Müller-Thurgau: apple, pear, apricot with meadow herbs and shell limestone savouriness. Compact on the palate, dense and full-bodied with savouriness, a fine fruit expression, the chalky minerality is accompanied by fine phenols; voilà.
