Popcorn, smoke, reductive aroma, also lychee, kumquat, aniseed biscuits and rock flour. Pressure on the palate, fine acidity matches the supple texture, juicy and with a mineral, salty flavour, dense, fine-grained phenolics, elegant and long finish.
