It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Pinot Meunier from the region Franconia in Germany.
A very fine Pinot aroma rises from the glass, as well as light spontaneous fermentation notes and a pinch of tertiary flavours. In the mouth, a tension builds up between three poles: between fresh mousse, crisp acidity and a vivid, yet completely unkitschy sweetness. Original.
