The white wine »Damaszener Stahl« Tauberzell Hasennest Müller-Thurgau, vintage 2021 from the winery Winzerhof Stahl has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Müller-Thurgau from the region Franconia in Germany.
Müller savouriness with a hint of shell limestone balsamic in the background, flint, but then also ripe yellow fruit. The palate impression is dense with substance and nerve, intense tactile minerality forms the foundation of a thoroughly rich structure, the fruit lingers for a long time, as do the mineral components. Terroir Müller-Thurgau as if from a single mould.
